Meet the CISM Team
The HALO Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team is a volunteer-based group dedicated to supporting our crew and staff after challenging or high-stress missions. These trained volunteers provide confidential peer support, helping our crew process difficult experiences and maintain their mental well-being. By offering this resource, the CISM team plays a vital role in protecting the resilience of our people so they can continue to focus on delivering lifesaving care.
