The HALO Air Ambulance media email is monitored from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends and holidays. Media inquiries may also be returned outside of regular hours during major events, including mass casualty or other high-profile emergency responses.
