Regardless of the type of mission or nonprofit status, all types of organizations require clear direction and oversight. Our oversight is provided by a volunteer board of directors, they are the governing body of individuals who have varying skills and a desire to see HALO succeed.

The individuals who make up the board of directors are responsible for making key decisions that address our purpose, strategy, and goals. They aim to address the public's interest through HALO's work and act as our legal voice.
Our Board of Directors.
HALO Air Ambulance is governed by a highly skilled and experienced volunteer board of directors. The board of directors sets the strategic vision in order to steer HALO towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure HALO has adequate resources to advance our vision. Our board of directors works with the senior executive team to establish overall direction, review long-term plans, and ensure appropriate community consultation.
