HALO exists because of the kindness, generosity, and determination of our community. Each year hundreds of 'Events for HALO' are held across Southern Alberta and Southwestern Saskatchewan to raise money and awareness for the HALO Air Ambulance program. We are continually inspired by the creativity and commitment of people who are passionate about their community.
Fundraisers for HALO
HALO relies on the unwavering support of the community. Each year we receive donations from community-minded individuals, responsible small business & corporate partners, dedicated community groups & foundations, and leading regional municipalities. Past fundraisers have included lemonade stands, drive-in movies, motorcycle and horseback poker runs, hockey tournaments, meat raffles, online auctions, bottle drives, chili cook-offs, marathons, garage sales, barrel races, roping contests, bbqs', corporate pledge challenges, and many, many more. These community-driven fundraisers are incredibly important to the HALO program, we wouldn't exist without our community.
