Our aircraft have always operated using the callsign on the side: C-GRLH. With fantastic support from NavCanada, we now have dedicated call signs. So if you hear us on the radio, -HALO 1 is the BK117 B2 -HALO 2 is the Bell 206 L1. Although we never plan to operate two helicopters, people also don’t plan to have accidents. So when bad days do happen HALO tries our very best to provide the support in our community that is needed.
In the last year both HALO’s have been used for: -Search and Rescue -For Fire service support -Police support -Support to the community, such as the tragic airplane crash near Irvine.
