HALO’s CEO Paul Carolan and Co-Chair Allen Kuizenga were presented with 2 cheque’s tonight at the Elks Club. The Brooks BPO Elks Lodge #77 donated $2000, and the Brooks Dino-Trailers Good Sam Camping Club donated $300!
